In stark contrast with their remarkably savage soldiers and mercenaries, the Chaos Empire’s higher tiers are well defined and disciplined. Commanding the uncivilized human and demonic hordes is no easy task, and the Chaos Lorekeepers use their dominance of magic to intimidate their violent subordinates and keep them under control.
At the top of the power hierarchy, above the Iron Council and below the Emperor of Chaos lies the greatest commander of their forces, bestowed with absolute control over their armies, strongholds, research and economy. It is unclear to what extent she is loyal to the Emperor or Uria.
Special Notes: This unit can move unseen in deep water, requiring no air from the surface. This unit regenerates, which allows it to heal as though always stationed in a village. The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level. During battle, this unit can drain life from victims to renew its own health. This unit’s arcane attack deals tremendous damage to magical creatures, and even some to mundane creatures. This unit has magical attacks, which always have a high chance of hitting an opponent.
